Publisher's Summary
Hilarious second chance at love...
The last person Maddy Kelly expects to show up at her mountain cabin for the holidays is her soon-to-be ex-husband, who was always too busy to enjoy their hideaway. Following doctor's orders to reduce stress, Michael arrives at their remote cabin, unannounced and unexpected, in the dead of night, during a snow storm.
Which is why Maddy greets him with a fire poker to the head, rendering him unconscious, and with a case of temporary amnesia. As his memory returns, Michael realizes how much he loves his wife, and is willing to do anything to get her back, even if it means pretending to still have amnesia.
Add to the mix Michael's mischievous 13-year-old nephew, who has stowed away in Michael's car, and Maddy's two dachshunds Rambo and Muffin, who take an instant disliking to Michael, and you have a laugh-out-loud recipe for a romantic romp.

Fun Book!
Any additional comments?
This is a great book written by Charlotte Hughes and narrated by Mindy Grall. This book can be listened to in one sitting if you have the time, once I started listening to it I didn’t want to put it down until the end. This is a great book with a wonderful story and well developed characters. This book will keep you reading long into the night. This was such a great read and full of surprises.
The narrator Mindy Grall did a great job with this book. She did a great job with the different voices of each character in this book. It was very easy to listen to in one sitting. I didn’t want to stop listening until the end.
If you are looking for a great book with great characters then you need to listen to this book. I am looking forward to listening to the next book by this author and narrator.

it was a quick listen, one of those that you listen to when you need a feel good story with a happy ending. I found the narrators breathless delivery a bit distracting from time to time when the southern accent was particularly pronounced.

I love it! Love's sweeter the second time~
Would you listen to Just Married Again again? Why?
Yes. I've actually read the book and it's one of my favorites. Hearing the audiobook while reading makes it twice as good. :D It's also a quick pick-me-up but nonetheless satisfying. The reader's pacing is good - sometimes a bit fast, but mostly normal so it sounds really natural.
What other book might you compare Just Married Again to and why?
I haven't read so much women's fiction because I'm kind of picky, but maybe Susan Elizabeth Phillip's "Ain't She Sweet?" in the sense of rekindling or continuing a romance story.
Which scene was your favorite?
I loved a lot of scenes. They were sweet and and some were a little heart-wrenching, but I guess I'll go for that scene with Michael at the end. He had is priorities straightened out and finally decided to take care of more important things.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The conversations they have with Danny about family. I mean, you know, it was a romance story, but I love it that the the author added these moments.
Any additional comments?
I love Ms. Hughes' works and I think this is my all time favorite of hers. Thank you so much for this. :)

Lighthearted, sweet romance
If you could sum up Just Married Again in three words, what would they be?
Lighthearted, fun, romantic
Would you recommend Just Married Again to your friends? Why or why not?
Yes, I would recommend this book to friends and family because the romance and humour will appeal to many of them. I would recommend it to anyone who likes lighthearted romances.
Have you listened to any of Mindy Grall’s other performances? How does this one compare?
I have not listened to any of Mindy Grall's performances before but I enjoyed her narration of Just Married Again.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
I enjoyed the funny moments in Just Married Again. It offset the more serious and tragic past the couple shared that led to the break down of their marriage.Despite the book being billed as a romantic comedy it is more light hearted than funny. The story provokes a range of emotional responses from the listener. Michael and Maddy have a tragic history and you can't help but feel Maddy's pain and frustration. There were times when I didn't like Michael because of how he treated her during their marriage and I wasn't sure that I wanted to see them get back together. I became more sympathetic to him as more details emerged about the good times they shared together and I got an understanding of the motivations behind his workaholic behaviour. The presence of their nephew in the cabin lent some fun to the story and the banter between the three was humorous and enjoyable.
Any additional comments?
