Publisher's summary
What about a true Christmas book every child and parent will love?
It's also an amazing educational book that teaches children about gratitude, the true meaning of Christmas Holliday, and why giving back and spreading positivity around others is so important.
Every child dreams of meeting Santa one day, handing him a letter with their best wishes, and telling him how well they behaved this year. But what if…
This dream could actually come true because you are about to begin the journey to the North Pole and meet Santa Claus in his own home!
Inside this book, you'll discover an incredible journey about 4 kids - Benny, Nick, Pierce, and Jane(Benny's little sister) who decided to find an Old Man who disappeared without anybody noticing.
Nobody saw how, where and when exactly he left the town, but kids later realized that he went to search for the north pole, and now they are eager to find him and the place where Santa Claus lives.
So what actually happened during their journey? Did they get to the North Pole? Did they find the Old Man and Santa Claus? And did they come back home on time before their parents noticed?
Let's find out!
Why this book is the perfect Christmas book for kids encouraging gratitude:
- Parents and Guardians can read for their children as a bedtime story or anytime story, not just before Christmas.
- We are pulled along with the children and through their eyes we are taught actions are important and how we can choose kindness.
- Encouraging positivity through difficult and challenging situations
- Friendship and gratitude for each others differences.

Story
The kingdom of Cornucopia was once the happiest in the world. It had plenty of gold, a king with the finest moustache you could possibly imagine, and butchers, bakers, and cheesemongers whose exquisite foods made a person dance with delight when they ate them. Everything was perfect - except for the misty Marshlands to the north, which, according to legend, were home to the monstrous Ickabog. Anyone sensible knew that the Ickabog was just a myth to scare children into behaving. But the funny thing about myths is that sometimes they take on a life of their own.

Cute storyline and an easy listen
This book was cute. Although an adult, I still enjoyed the adventure the kiddos went on. The storyline was cute and listening to the book was easy. This story is suitable for children and adults. From an adult’s viewpoint, this was a gentle reminder on enjoying life and being good (to others, to yourself, etc). It was a fun ride and I would be more than happy to listen to a sequel!

Perfect for your Christmas spirit
If you have, or know a child that has that Christmas spirit heart, this is the book to listen to! It will keep both adults and children engaged from beginning to end with great narration. Who doesn't dream about actually meeting Santa? Be prepared to open more doors to your imagination while sharing a magical bonding experience with your child. The characters are very creative and intriguing. Their journey will give you the opportunity to explain the real meaning of Christmas.

A True Christmas story
This is an amazing book and not just a Christmas story. It teaches kindness and gratitude. It has so much cheer and valuable lessons in it! This is not just a children's as I am 37 years old and loved it! Benny, Nick, Pierce and Jane are on an adventure to the north pole in search of the "old man", they have a fun adventure and find joy and cheer! Another great read from Charlie Tripp!!

An easy choice for a fun holiday adventure story!
Anyone looking for a great age-appropriate (I'd say late elementary to early middle school) Christmas adventure story, this is a perfect choice! There are a lot of life lessons easily packed into the overall story, and genuinely I can only hope kids learn to talk with each other the way these friends do. Not overdone, and it doesn't distract from the fun of the journey because it feels so relatable. Glad I got to listen to this around the holidays, even as an adult this story was a fun reminder of all the magic around Christmas!

Wonderful Christmas story!
This book was incredibly good! I loved that the group of kids had their own strengths to push each other forward as a whole! Team work makes the dream work. A perfect listen for the holidays around the corner also a plus for the narrators voice it’s captivating and kept me and my toddlers engaged. A few chapters spread throughout the week before bed it was wonderful.

A New Classic Christmas Book
This was a fun, magical (hard to put down!) read weaved with valuable life lessons for any age. It will surely brighten anyone's Christmas spirit and revive the belief in Santa Claus. I foresee this becoming a staple in our household every holiday season! The vivid imagery and dashes of humor put you in the middle of the journey alongside the characters.
The author truly understands children and how to write for them entertainingly and educationally.

A fun journey!
No matter your age, this is an absolute gem of a book. It reminds me of some of my favorites books as a child, full of magic, adventure and friendships. The interaction between the characters was believable, I especially liked the dynamic between the siblings . It's great to see a brother and sister cooperate and get along, if with the age difference between them.
While their journey takes them through trials and tribulations, they make it through them by having faith and supporting each other. A great read!

Great Christmas Lesson for Kids!
I just read this, and I think it's perfect for elementary and middle schoolers. While I personally do not have
kids, I can see the important life lessons incorporated in this story, which would make it perfect for
parents to talk with their kids about real-life lessons on, say, a road trip or something. I love the positive
messages in this story, including kindness and love. They are important life lessons for kids to learn. All
these lessons are wrapped up in a neat, enjoyable Christmas adventure. It's a fun, feel-good, cute
Christmas story!

This book was full of adventure and decision making on their way to the North Pole. It was full of magic and has great life lessons carved into the book. It’s a different type of Christmas story but it’s great!
