John is a former hockey goalie, NHL goalie coach and now runs Zone Performance in Edmonton, Alberta. Where he is a Health & Performance psychologist. He trains positive mindset through different methods to prepare athletes, as well as, the everyday person on how to focus their mind on success. Some of his clients include Stanley Cup winning goaltender, Braden Holtby, and Philadelphia Flyers goalie, Carter Hart.
