Publisher's summary

Ivy Hall has always dreamed of a Yuletide wedding.

As she prepares to walk down the aisle on Christmas Eve, everything looks perfect, with the church decked out in greenery, soft candles glowing, and favorite carols playing in the background.

In the final moments before she joins her true love, Blaze Shepherd, in holy matrimony before a nave packed with eager townspeople, there’s only one problem:

The groom's not there!

Ivy is so bereaved when the wedding is canceled that she’s packed off to a hot springs healing resort where the doctor suggests that besides a change of scenery, the only thing that will heal her broken heart is the power of a redemptive love.

But Ivy rejects the idea of ever marrying.

Things get worse when her father dies.

Fearing for his daughter’s future, Mr. Hall has made it a condition of his will that she must tie the knot by Christmas if she wants to inherit his fortune. And it's already November.

With time ticking away and no other options, Ivy tries correspondence courtship and at the last minute receives a proposal from a sheep rancher in California. Hoping for the best, she goes West to marry Rudolph Festa, knowing that the only reason she’s accepted his offer is to salvage her inheritance.

When she arrives, a ghost from the past throws everything into chaos, threatening to derail her plan to fulfill the demands of her father’s will.

Can she find a way to secure her future in the final hours before Christmas?

Is a second chance at love even possible?

If you cherish clean romances set in the Old West that will warm your heart like a cup of hot chocolate…with twists and turns, and love that triumphs over all -- even when it seems to be lost forever -- then cozy up to the fire with this satisfying tale of forgiveness, Yuletide redemption, and Christmas miracles by Eliza Hutchins
