Catchy titel and chapter headings

I struggled to finish this historical account of medical advances that have lead to prolonged life and point to next steps in living longer fuller lives. For about 20 minutes you can hear some cool facts about some jellyfish. Let's save you 14 hours on the rest, A. Find a sense of purpose and strive to make tomorrow better than today, B. Foster good friendships, C. Exercise or move a lot, D. Eat sensibly, E. Get vaccinations, F. Stay optimistic. This said if you love microbiology then you might love this listen.

I kept waiting and waiting for conclusions

The sum up of the book…very few things have conclusions, lot of things are in the air. I felt like I wanted more. There was a lot of detail about what is happening on a cellural basis but very few things that I could actually take into account in my everyday life.
