Jelani went from being a professional basketball player overseas to becoming a sports agent, Co- Founder of Beyond Athlete Management, and transforming the lives of significant basketball players.

He provided his thoughts on the recent NBA strike, the insincerity of business that takes place within CAA and other big agencies, and his agenda when it comes to "adding value" to players on and off the court.
