New Audible Series!
FEEL THE FUNNY
Feel like snacking on bite-sized romantic comedy with an edge? Syd West's rambling ruminations are hysterical and heartfelt, and narrator Lexi Evans brings all the feels!
Jane breaks the internet as the #hotmessexpress after losing both her mind (again) and the story supposed to reboot her career...to Dean, not that she was counting on him to kiss her crazy and make it better. But when he does? DAMN. Our girl is 100% shook all the best ways possible.
After Ever After is an edgy romantic comedy series by Syd West, published in this order:
Me, Jane (#1)
All About Jane (#2)
Jane Says (#3)
Sweet Jane (#4)
"I'm not sure how Syd West did it, but the depth of these characters in such a short book is phenomenal. I loved the authentic relationships between the characters, especially Jane and Paisley. Keeping my eyes peeled for more!" (Waverly Alexander, author of Broken Elite)
"The love story between Dean and Jane is lovely and tugs at that first love feeling, but the feeling of girl power and friendship is even more prevalent with the relationship between Paisley and Jane. Loved reading this and I can't wait to read the next one!" (Katie Douglas, author of Forever Today)
Perfect for listeners of absolutely hilarious rom com, hot new adult, and friendship women's fiction from Meghan Quinn, R.S. Grey, Julia Kent, Lauren Blakely, Claire Kingsley, Vi Keeland, Penny Reid, Piper Sheldon, and Hope Ford.

A bad best man’s speech can ruin a wedding. Why do we plan every detail of a perfect day and then give the groom’s idiot best friend five minutes of total power? Enter Nate (Glen Powell), a speechwriter-for-hire who helps people write incredible best man speeches. To keep the best man from embarrassing himself (and the newlyweds), Nate uses his list of don’ts: Don’t mention the exes, don’t be rated R, and don’t bum everyone out. Nate’s system never fails. That is, until he meets Dan (Nicholas Braun).

Hilarious, fascinating, and a roller coaster of dizzying, historical what-ifs, Napoleon's Hemorrhoids is a potpourri for serious historians and casual history buffs. In one of Phil Mason's many revelations, you'll learn that Communist jets were two minutes away from opening fire on American planes during the Cuban missile crisis, when they had to turn back as they were running out of fuel. You'll discover that before the Battle of Waterloo, Napoleon's painful hemorrhoids prevented him from mounting his horse to survey the battlefield.

Writer Jessica Pan intends to find out. With the help of various extrovert mentors, Jessica sets up a series of personal challenges (talk to strangers, perform stand-up comedy, host a dinner party, travel alone, make friends on the road, and much, much worse) to explore whether living like an extrovert can teach her lessons that might improve the quality of her life.

Story
“The Heron” is the nickname a big-city accountant has attached to himself in his new home near San Diego, where he’s using the alias to avoid a hit man who may be after him. It seems a former client believes that The Heron has skipped town with several million dollars not his own. Don Winslow’s ensuing, entertaining yarn is by turns twisty, dark, and comical as we observe the delicate dance between the pursuer and the pursued.

Like the others in the series, there is so much going on. It’s difficult to keep up! I think there are too many characters for my taste. It is hilarious, though. Great one liners!
