Plötzlich kann sie Wände hochgehen, Brillengläser explodieren lassen und so logisch argumentieren, dass einem schwindelig wird. Ihre absolute Geheimwaffe aber ist der ultrafiese Blick. Begeistert ernennt Willi sich selbst zu ihrem Partner Doubleyou, was Janine anfangs ziemlich peinlich findet. Als dann aber die hinterhältige Schurkin Dramara Overact überall ihr böses Spiel treibt, ist Jane Over nun doch froh, Doubleyou an ihrer Seite zu haben. Bald entwickelt sich aus dem Superhelden-Duo echte Freundschaft.
