Jack lives meagerly with his mother in a house away from the city. Their small fields are dry. The little vegetables that grow are eaten by birds and their cow, Jenny, does not have any more milk. Nevertheless, Jack is still smiling and optimistic. Until one day his mother falls ill and Jack goes into town to sell the cow in order to buy medicines. But instead of money Jack brings back a handful... of magic beans. And the adventure begins...

Beautifully and lovingly done
The writer and actors obviously care passionately about this fairytale, and have added to it their own slant. It's wonderful!
