worst hypnosis I've ever tried. made it 10 minutes and stopped. don't waste money go to YouTube for better

Not hypnosis

It doesn’t do it for me, I will be returning this. I have several issues with it; one is personal t the others are general. The personal one: I dislike his voice and his talking pattern and pronunciation; it made me nervous instead of relaxed. The general one: it is not divided in sections. I don’t need to hear the Intro each and every time! Make it possible then, to skip it-one is instead forced to try and find when the relaxation induction starts, and that is annoying. Talking about the induction: it is too long!! It basically takes 90% of the audio. And is not effective. The whole thing is a big NO for me.
