Audio Version is INCOMPLETE. Do not buy audiobook
I have been listening to this audio book while reading the kindle version and can confirm that it is incomplete. There entire halves of chapters in the book but not in the audio book.
The content of the book is AMAZING and a must-read. There are lots of important parts of the book (for example on chromosomal abnormality) that is critical but missing from the audio book.
The narration is also very robotic, as evidenced by mispronounced words that an English—speaking human would not make.

Must Listen and Read
This book is like no other!!! I feel so fortunate that I found it. I am 41 and have suffered three miscarriages. After my last, I was determined to figure out if there was anything I could do. I feel like many of us pushing 40, or in our 40s feel like there’s nothing we can do to improve our chances besides seeing a fertility specialist. And while this may be the recommended course you eventually find yourself on, I was so relieved to find that there are things we have power over that can increase our odds at having a healthy baby. I scoured the shelves at bookstores, the library and the Internet trying to find any information on what I could do differently, and fortunately, someone recommended this book. It has given me so much hope. It is filled with great advice based on research, from eliminating “hidden” toxins, to which supplements to take to increase your odds and why. Rebecca Fett is so knowledgeable, and has really done her research. I actually bought the physical book first, but then decided I wanted to finish it quicker, so I bought the Audible as well. I am still in the initial few months of following all of her recommendations, and through the recommendations for blood tests to ask for, I have found I have Hashimoto’s and high insulin (both of which are linked to miscarriage), so I am taking steps to treat those. I already am feeling better with higher energy and brighter skin, so now we wait and HIGHLY recommend.

Narration is robotic
Great information but the narration sounds like a robot is reading. A lot of suggestions for improving both female and male fertility for a variety of different circumstances are contained. Each point is always backed up with scientific study and the quality of that study is always noted, so it’s very well researched.

Very Helpful
This book contains great, actionable information. It is a little hard to keep up with the scientific studies, particularly in the audio format for me as I am a visual person, but it allowed me to get the information much faster than I would have by reading it. The narrator is fairly monotone, so it was more easily digestible for me in smaller segments.

Good information
I think is important to share as much information we can on a subject that isn't treated as important as it should be. Often doctors aren't updated on research as much as they should be as miscarriages are not taken seriously as it should be. This book given to me more information and a bit of hope. Also given me more power and information to make decisions and to ask for more test in my medical meetings.

A great source of information
This is a fabulous source of information for those wanting to prepare their bodies to maximise the quality of egg and sperm for preconception. It is a minefield of information. Please make sure you have the most up-to-date copy of the book because it varies from the original version. I was following the original version book, together with the updated Audible (so I could highlight abs make notes) and there was a bit of difference in almost every chapter. I love the fact that the research is in a large bibliography at the back of the book so you can look up the research if you are so inclined.. That’s a big plus for me!

It's not worth 1 credit for 5 mins of the introduction of the book.
I bought this book using 1 Audible credit otherwise it's just under $20. Before I purchased, it says it’s about 6 hours or so minutes. Therefore I purchased it. When I downloaded the book it only plays 5 mins introduction and that's about it. I can't review the book but I am giving it's 1 star becuase I feel that it is a waste of credit for me and I could have just purchased the ebook which would cost just about the same.

Very informative with practical ideas
Great information on fertility with practical ideas on how to implement the suggestions in real life. Seemed well balanced, based on research and realistic. I wasn't a fan of the voice, but speed it up which helped and I just got used to it. I took a LOT of notes and got a lot out of it.

Really helpful and educational
i found this book to be very informative and I liked that it gives options for different situations/levels of hormonal imbalance rather than one size fits all approach. Also provides scientific evidence/research and realistic recommendations.

A great book
I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook. Has loads of science-based useful information for those trying to conceive. Written by a woman who had gone through fertility issues herself ( and succeeded), it offers advice and action plans for women with various fertility challenges. I liked the voice of the narrator - easy to follow while listening to it on my walks!
