Wish I could share this book with everyone!

I started reading this book after doing two full whole 30's. I had just used the information from the website to do my whole 30's which was enough to do it because they've made their website so comprehensive. It is a easy insightful read. I'm so glad I decided to just get it on audible since I've been having a hard time finding moments to sit down and read. I'd listen each day during my work out and it was quite motivating. I had a baby in November of 2016 and ever since, I had been experiencing horrible inflammation in my joints I would wake up in so much pain some nights I'd stay up late just out of dread for the next morning and going through all that pain again. I started exercising in April and that helped with the pain slightly but it wasn't until I was in the middle of my first whole 30 in July that I finally woke up one morning completely PAIN FREE! This is so life-changing for me! I am only 35 but I had been feeling like living 35 more years was going to be daunting if I had to deal with chronic pain from my joints. Now I finally can go to bed happy, wake up happy and men the mom I want to be!

life changing information

Game changer!

If you are going to buy one health-related book, I recommend this one :)
Now I know what food is bad for me and why. Therefore, it is easier to eat healthy!
I am more energetic, look and feel better. Thanks Whole30!

Definitely recommend to any and everyone!

I have not struggled all of my life with losing weight. After my 2nd child became old enough for extracurricular activities, it got harder to work out and easier to eat out. Needless to say, my food choices were horrible...then the weight came all at once...35 lbs and diabetic. This book and lifestyle change helped me learn how to lose weight while eating delicious food without completely depriving myself, and learn to cook without seasoning packets, which for me as an on-the-go mom was an easy choice. The book will make you horrified, pissed off, uplifted, and empowered, but in the end, it transforms the way you view food for the better. Advice: Vary your veggies by color to get different vitamins, and eat protein with every carb, and you'll do just fine.

Educating and raw

I didn't know what to expect but once I got 4-5 chapters in it, I was like NOPE! But I was determined to finish it. Dallas & Melissa were very detailed and I loved how they broke down everything. But also because they were pretty comical and it really sunk in how much I could relate and potentially alleviate a lot of my health problems. So needless to say, I'm giving the Whole30 a whirl!

Great info for health

This book makes some of the backstory on healthy eating more readable and accessible to everyday people. I'm not a scientist, but I like to understand why I should do or eat something. This book does that. Great analogies, great info.

The deliver it in a digestible way (pun intended)

Something about the way that these two present this information really stuck with me and motivated me to complete the whole30 in it’s entirety. I’ve tried elimination diets before and always made exceptions or allowed “cheat” meals once in a while, but this book convinced me that in order to reap all of the benefits of this challenge, you have to do it exactly the way they tell you to. I’m on day 5 now and really excited to continue and feel this book prepared me the most.
