It's set in the world of The Singer Tales, a completed series of six clean fairy tale retellings by Deborah Grace White. Island of Secrets and Sacrifice takes place six years after the end of the series but can be enjoyed without any prior listenng.

Good clean romantic fantasy

It was enjoyable, funny and full of magic. I’ve always enjoyed Deborah grace White’s stories. She ones of my favorite Authors right now and I was glad to find this book.

A very grumpy beast is helped by a brave and sunshiny beauty

This is a lovely story inspired by B&B with enough original twists and turns to be thoroughly enjoyable. The narrators are outstanding and really brought the story to life.

Clean fantasy

This was a wonderful clean fantasy with definite Beauty and the Beast vibes! I loved how spunky Ember was and how Hayden became so protective of her!

Ember is amazing!

I just simply adore Ember and Haiden. Ember doesn’t give up, and constantly fights for what she believes in, in her own way. I love how she could always see past “the monster” that Haiden was supposed to be. I really enjoyed how their relationship developed, and that they were willing to sacrifice everything for each other. It was a really good story and the twists were excellent!
