Publisher's summary

How many poems will it take to satisfy the hungry poetry listener? Poems are like a favorite story, some short ones and some long ones, or the ones that make you laugh, cry, or go to see for yourself out of curiosity? Life is a guiding factor to many incredible truths, morals, and facts. Actual objects can have deep meaning depending on how they are presented or viewed. Poetry can make a memory of what could be, fact or fiction. The power of suggestion can give a vision to your mind's eye.

Beautifully read lyric poetry

I wasn’t sure I’d like this kind of book, but it was wonderful to listen to. Paul Scott conveys the meter and lines of the poems, while adding playful, thoughtful, and wry inflections that make lines stand out.
