But when they travel to the Summer and Winter courts' gathering for Elysium, the oracle from Meghan's past returns with a dire prophecy: "What you carry will either unite the courts, or it will destroy them."

Wonderful

What did you love best about Iron's Prophecy?

I loved it and am looking forward to the next book. She brought back Puk and Ash.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Razer, a small gremlin who is a pet of of the prince. He is a bundle of fun and loves sheep. I love it when he says "Bad Kitty!"

What does Khristine Hvam bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The way he does the voices. And Razer "Bad kitty!" again loved it.

Any additional comments?

I didn't read the book before this one so I had no idea that that the lead charters were related. It made the story more interesting as I tried to figure out who Kerin was..

I love Julie kagawa's writing style. I have already read this, but I reread it in July of 2018 for booktubeathon.

Short but intense!

I can’t wait to see how this extra glimpse plays into the main story! Performance perfect.

Not what I expected

this short story could have been added to the end of last book or beginning of next series. the narration was great but this book wasn't worth a short or the story could have been extended to include the reactions of the King & Queens of the seely and unseemly courts through to birth.

short 2 important facts revealed

I still don't like these short little blurb books. they seem like a way to generate quick income. you don't get much out of them and they should just be included in the next book.

The in between

Enjoyable tale between tales. Most memorable moments are of the iron queen's shows of strength in the wishing tree and dreaming pool sequences.
