Good educational book for me!!!

Excellent way to invest in stocks when you don't know anything about the best way to invest. This book simplifies all the Stock jargon that Fund managers try to use to make you think you can't invest yourself.Loved the book. If you put in the time and effort, you can achieve financial freedom by being invested!!!

Narration Poorly Recorded

I received a review copy of this audiobook.

This book is well-written and explains investing simply. It gives good, concrete advice. Its tone is natural and easy.

The narration has several errors left in and even includes Hendrickson doing articulation exercises after a mistake at one point.

terrible audible narrator

hummin, hawing, throat clearing repeating pieces he has read wrong, repeating himself when he lost concentration....

absolutely returning this dung.

They need to reupload....

The audio version was a rough cut. To many pauses, repeats, coughs, etc. I'm sure it would be a nice basic overview otherwise.

Ability to reduce inflation

You do not have to be an old person, or an economist in order to appreciate the lessons put forth by this book. The advice given inside can make a big difference in the long run for your future.

I love this book

This is a relative snappy perused with little fluff.If more top to bottom data is required the writer gives his contact data and a rundown of different books that go into more subtleties of the systems gave in this book.Overall a decent spot to start.

As Good As It Gets

This book is great and a must-read for every physician or physician-to-be. If we have to learn the Krebs cycle, I cannot fathom why we do not have to learn the content in this book. listen this book will not only increase your knowledge base about financial planning, it’ll boost your confidence and make you want to be in charge of your income. It should be mandatory reading for any professional.

Great starter book!!

This was a fun Listen straight to the point, if your looking to get as much information on ways to invest in real estate in as little to short time this would be your bet.I took so many notes which I will be able to reference as I start my real estate investing journey

If you have no clue what you are doing in financial modeling. This is the foundation to learn the building blocks. Excellent guide to understanding the basics and in arounds in a financial model.Highly recommend this book to anyone looking to getting into or interested in Investment Banking. Like the book states, there are not many books that give you a good insight into the world of investment banking.

The consensus is that this is a great and easy to understand book, and it is. It is thorough, but because so, it makes for a good, but can not be a great audio book, which is what I purchased. I'll now have to purchase the standard text format as well

to many errors in the reading to really get into it. lots of restarting sentence, stammers and just general errors making it a frustrating listen.

VERY INFORMATIVE!!

This book was written in a fashion that most people could understand. Most of these types of books I read they assume you know a little. This book broke it down to the bare bones. I've ordered my first stock!

Definitive Guide to Value Investing!!

This book is a great book especially for those who want to learn how to invest like warren buffet etc. they go into great detail into obtaining numbers in how they value a company etc. This book is starting out really good, can't wait to finish it. Hoping it helps to break the cycle of my fear.

The new materials on Mergers and Acquisitions is what make this book deserve buying, even if you have purchased the previous edition. This is the only book you need to master in your academic life and you will be safe in in your investment banking career
