Conquer or be Conquered: Vikings invade to find riches, lands, and slaves to take home. During bloodlust, the invaders reach out for their berserker ancestors and slash through any villagers brave, or stupid, enough to fight them. Once battles end, though, the Vikings return to their more civilized nature. Three Vikings who survived the bloodbath of battle in one small village led by Dormund Davitson grew weary of war and decided to try to make a life for themselves in the lands they conquered. An investigation to find anyone still alive took the three to dungeons filed with water, human and animal waste. Deep in a corner, they also found a young woman. The Vikings pulled the woman from the muck and mire of the dungeon, tied her to a rope, and secured her to a post near a fire pit. She would either become the thing that breaks the Viking spirit, or raise it to heights not imagined. But which Viking spirit would she change?
