Interesting concept
The narrator sounded snarky the whole time. it definitely detracts from the information. I'd like to believe this works. However being an RD myself and understanding nutrition and it's complexity I can't help think of all the other factors at play. Possible underlying pathologies not recognized by conventional medicine and so on. It's certainly something to strive for, while also keeping in mind other possible biological and psychological issues at play.
