After so many diet books, it seems like I finally found the method I was so looking for. Big thank you Ashley, I wish I could hug you.

I've heard many people talk about intuitive eating and mindful eating, and now I understand why. It makes a lot of sense, to go back to our senses, to start listening to our body.

I feel like I communicate better with my body now, I really understand how to handle cravings, how to be mindful with my eating, and how to intuitively eat and beat emotional eating.

The book covers very interesting point of views, it provided me with practical examples and inspired me to find the best version of me.

I bought both the kindle version and the audio version so I have it always with me :)

Highly recommended.

Worst Narration

The information was helpful. But I will have to read the physical book. Monotone. Words mispronounced (vegetanarianism) etc. The monotone was so bad, I could not distinguish one thought or sentence from the next. Every word ran into the next with no breathing or intonation. Horrible. And really a shame because the content seemed great. But this woman really detracted from any advice I may have gleaned.

I was skeptical about the whole non-diet concept..

But it did change my whole point of view. This book came to me right in time. As a long-term binge eater - it did help me and gave me tools to eat more consciously. I did like the minfdulness part as well. Thanks!

A very quick and easy to listen
