I want to let you know that there is a solution for every one of those problems: intermittent fasting.
You probably have already heard about this popular health and fitness diet plan. Intermittent fasting is one of the best practices, supported by ancient medicine, to detox and rebalance body and mind, even in menopause. Intermittent fasting is a nutritional strategy that calls for an interval of fasting over a few days. It doesn't need to be practiced every day, and everyone can choose the different ways suitable for their goals and lifestyle.
There are 11 fasting protocols, and everyone can find the perfect one for herself or combine them. This make intermittent fasting the perfect solution, even if you are a housewife or a busy working woman. It is excellent for people who don’t have time for breakfast or lunch during the day, for those who are too tired to cook for dinner, and those too busy to go the gym and take care for themselves.
Do you want to know how intermittent fasting works and how it can help you? The abstinence from food activates a detox process that has a lot of benefits: It can burn fat, delay aging, prevent illness, renew your energy, and much more. It is a precise and scientifically proven pattern that allows your body to regenerate itself on a daily basis.
This book is an excellent guide: It explains what intermittent fasting is and the beneficial effects it has on your health. You'll discover the 11 most effective protocols for intermittent fasting. It provides you practical support tools, mindset exercises, yoga practices, and holistic practices. Cookbook included: with a wide variety of tasty and easy-to-follow recipes.

GRETA VALUE, EXCELLENT METHOD
THIS IS DEFINITELY THE BEST AUDIOBOOK on INTERMITTENT FASTING FOR WOMEN DEALING WITH MENOPAUSE I HAVE EVER READ/LISTENED TO, IT’S CLEAR, WELL EXPLAINED, WITH A LOT OF FASTING PROTOCOLS TO CHOOSE FROM. I LOVE THAT IT IS NOT ONLY A THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL GUIDE TO FAST, BUT ALSO PROVIDES HELPFUL TIPS ON HOW TO ORGANIZE YOUR LIFE AND CHANGE YOUR MINDSET, BECAUSE WITHOUT IT ALSO A GOOD FASTING PLAN CAN BE COMPLICATED AND DIFFICULT TO FOLLOW.

Successful techniques
I was skeptical about fasting, because I thought it was a diet like many more. But It's different, it's a plan more than a diet, you don't have to count calories, just eat in certain time frame

Excellent book
Well written and well researched. Arguments are well explained and organized. All the information I ever wanted to know about fasting is in one accessible format. It is not the typical self-help book promising easy wonders, All the information provided is supported by scientific studies, and you can understand how fasting can help you for every specific problem you might have. I found the 11 fasting protocols provided very helpful and useful since you can choose the one that better suits your needs and lifestyle. Great!!! I already started practicing what I have learned.

Needed a different narrator
Are you sure that this was narrated by a human? It felt/sounded like a computer generated voice! Because of the narration, I really struggled with getting through the book and that's really saying something since I have listened to quite a few audible books. The only reason I made it through was for the information, but I started looking for other sources of the information while listening to this one. I will seriously reconsider any other titles narrated by this narrator. Also, it seemed strange to narrate 4 chapters of recipes instead of providing a download able pdf.
