It helped me

I think listening to this audiobook has given me the impetus to make changes in the way I eat since I’m at an age where it is important to stay healthy. I liked how the author explains each point related to intermittent fasting, and I was pleased to hear why it is more important for women after the age of 50.

This book is a "scam" - do not purchase

This book is clearly a scam, about which I will be complaining to Audible. It sounds like there is a robo-reader with many mispronounced words, missed words, incorrect grammar, etc. For example, "when I did my intermittent fast I drank water and ate centrifuges." I have listened to 30 minutes and could list >50 errors. On top of all the errors, information repeats. It is nearly impossible to assess the content, but that appears "lifted", improperly translated, and frankly incorrect. Lastly, I was suspicious that all nearly all of the Intermittent Fasting audiobooks were rated 5/5 starts. Clearly there is something unethical going on. If I could give this negative stars, I would

It works for me

I suffer from high blood pressure and I try to keep my meals balanced, and listening to this audiobook has given me the opportunity to try a new style for people with blood pressure problems. I have programmed my routine with one of the plans it offers and I already feel my body losing weight and reducing high blood pressure.

Eating healthy

With the help of this audiobook I have learned to eat healthy, and I feel my body getting used to this new eating change. I’m happy because this audiobook has taught me all the benefits I get from doing this fasting such as lowering my blood pressure and cholesterol. Discovering this audiobook has given my life new opportunities to stay healthy at my age.

Pretty good

This audiobook contains very good content and I enjoyed listening to it. I am very careful when it comes to eating of my age, but hearing about this style of eating or diet has helped me a lot to because reinforce my routine of healthy food. I loved discovering the benefits of intermittent fasting and the different meal plans to adapt it to my routine.

Life changer

This audiobook has changed my life, I’m 53 years old and I was having many health problems. It has been the best thing ever

That I found this audiobook listened to it from beginning to end, and applied the methods it offers was the best thing I have ever done. It is a very complete audiobook and highlights important points such as why the modern diet fails us and when to choose intermittent fasting.
