Just because I’ve always wanted to make something special out of my cooking and this is the chance not only to improve my cooking abilities but also to become healthier, is a very resourceful book for an easy diet plan. Love it so much!

The book is really amazing! A Mediterranean Diet isn’t just a book; in brief, it also provides an easy and healthy guideline for everybody. If anybody eats and lives this way, he or she will surely enjoy each day. These recipes are very nutritious and at the same time very effective for fitness .I enjoyed this book so much. The Mediterranean Diet exemplifies the best guideline for fitness and healthy lifestyles. Plus, the recipes are highly delicious too. I’m just in love with this book, its writing style, and everything. I obviously suggest this book to read.

Intermittent fasting is something which has been featured in the news as of late as something which can enormously profit the human body. I hope this Audible will help you a lot. Inside this audiobook recording, you will find the incredible benefits of intermittent fasting, tips and tricks to improve your general health and much more. I inclined such huge numbers of successful things from this book. This book will explain the various intermittent fasting protocols that you can follow and would also explain the way in which you can incorporate those fasting protocols in your life. It will also help you in choosing the best way of intermittent fasting that suits your way of life. This book will explain the tips that can help you in getting the most from your intermittent fasting routine. Very easy to understand this audiobook

This is a great listen. Good information packed into short and sweet easy to understand. I am a fan of intermittent fasting and recently started using this method in the last couple of months to drop weight. Lose the extra weight and keep it off.

Excellent book...a must read if you’re into fastin

This was a wonderful book, and it answered so many of my questions about fasting protocols, how to properly break a fast, etc. There is also a ton of information/data re: why fasting is such a good idea.

The authors dispel many of the standard fasting “bogeymen,” and replace them with hard science and anecdotal evidence from their experience treating patients. Very well done. Highly recommended to read this book if you want to live a really long time.

Great book!

This is a book everyone should listen. What strange creatures we are! Our left frontal lobe and our right frontal lobe can be the strongest of allies, or they can be the bitterest of enemies, almost wanting to kill each other sometimes. Author does a superb job illustrating this phenomenon while moving the listener along at a brisk and interesting pace. Is there anyone out there who can explain the numerous, although a minority, number of one-star reviews? I don't get it. How can anyone think this book stinks, just because the subject matter isn't their cup of tea? I sense fear.

Unlistenable..... really

It sounds like the content was translated using a robot and there are many mistranslations of words. For example the words "FAST" is sometimes substituted with the word "QUICK" and the word "intermittent" with "discontinuous" or "irregular" and this makes the content difficult to follow. There are many more examples of misinterpretation that take away from the content as my mind tried to make sense of what was just read to me.

The content seems to be valuable, but the author should insist on a review and re-recording of the content immediately.

Audible should refund everyone that purchased this book.

Awesome ideas!

I'll be honest, I have a love/hate relationship with my IP. Some recipes work like magic and others don't. I ordered this recipe book to help me see more successes. I was amazed at the variety of recipes there are and it offers soups, vegetarian dishes, meats of all kinds as well as desserts. I've already marked the recipes I want to start with. The few that I've tried have been good and successful. It gives me more confidence to use my IP. Great recipe book for beginners as well as experienced IP users.

This audiobook is full of very useful information

This audiobook is full of very useful information to help better understand fasting. Most of the audiobook is dedicated to medical benefits for folks with overweight or diabetic issues. But by listen all of it, you gain an understanding how it will help prevent, not just help cure, those issues.

Excellent Audio book!!

This Audio book addressed the majority of my inquiries and gave me the data need to prevail with fasting. I feel sure about working with irregular fasting and now I realize where to search for additional top to bottom data and support.I feel significantly more cheerful about living longer.

This book is must-listen

This book is a must-read for everyone out there, who is doing a lot to lose weight but not getting results. The Author has shared great content and tips for intermittent fasting. This book is full of good work and amazing information for those, who want to lose weight. Must listeto those interested in health/nutrition

Loved it! As with Jimmy Moore's other books, this book provides practical advice for fasting/eating along side easy to understand explanations for the science behind how the body uses energy. The methods in this book are evidence-based and supported by years of medical research, unlike so many other dieting books. Definitely one of the best books on nutrition, preventative measures and lifestyle choices to put healthcare in the hands of patients rather than the pharmaceutical industry. Much needed information in today's age of diabetes, obesity and metabolic syndrome and the preponderance of unsubstantiated nutrition advice on the internet.

Emotional Intelligence Is Absolutely Necessary

I absolutely loved this audio book because, before this audio book, there was no real justification on why people would have to consider feelings or emotions in the workforce or even in everyday relationships with various people.
