Valuable and lovely audiobook at a very low price

I found this audiobook really helpful. The information is explained very well by the narrator and is easy to use. After so many useless diets that didn't give me results I think I've found an ideal one for women over 50 like me!

The voice is horrible

OMG I cant finish this book her voice is driving me crazy. But so far I haven’t heard any useful information. It’s like she’s reading off of google no new info.

Thanks for putting her name above now I know to check the narrater before I buy any future books. She’s probably a great person but someone needs to let her know narrating books is not for her at ALL!!!!

Don’t waste your money or credits

I was looking forward to listen and learn something new but what a disappointment! There is a lot of information out there about intermittent fasting. You can learn all they talk about in this book and much more by a quick internet search. Why is this labeled for women over 50? It spends lots of its short time talking about exercises and recipes. Nothing really new here. If you are over 50 and want to lose weight you cannot just count calories! This is a misconception that this author presents. It has a lot to do with hormones and insulin resistance, so no all calories are the same. Yet, this was ignored. It represents an extremely simplistic view on the subject of weight loss and intermittent fasting. A solid alternative are the books by Jason Fung, MD

The voice that narrated the book was grueling to listen to, but I was committed to learning the content.
This person should not narrate books for a living.

I really wanted to read this and was excited but I just couldn’t get past the audio. This person reading sounds like a country accent then digitized. I just can’t stand it. Quite a disservice to the author.

Computerized reader

This book is very difficult to listen to as the reader sounds like she’s computerized. I’ve listen to audiobooks for years and have enjoyed listening to men and women narrate a book and I can barely get through the first chapter. disappointed that I wasted a credit.

I do not recommend. I could not get through even a few minutes of the computer generated voice mangled narrative. No idea on content.

If you want to lose weight buy now this audiobook

I have purchased other audiobooks on the topic of intermittent dieting. I thought that longer meant more comprehensive. I was wrong! This short audiobook is amazing and easy to listen to. The concepts are clear and there are no unnecessary parts.
