Quick listen

The book had some good information, I've read/listened to others with much more scientific data. I felt like ginger from Gilligan's Island was reading to me (for those too young, very breathy and sensual) - maybe not the best choice for an informational book. Other reviews claimed recipes were included, I did not see any supplement in the audio version.

This audible is very well spoken for a beginner

The audio book is well-spoken, all information is coherent and clear, so it will be understandable even for beginners. I believe this audio book will be extremely helpful to anybody who is curious about intermittent fasting.
