I'm excited to listen this audible

This book was very well spoken. It was a easy and understandable listen. The other books I listen were a bunch of scientific facts, that were hard to understand. The important difference is, the other book mentioned over and over that you can eat whatever you want on the diet, during your eating window.

I would definitely recommend this audible

Lovely book! Nice Its working for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is actually working for me. Its a great sane way to manage my food issues as well.

This is a very helpful audible.

This is an interesting Intermittent Fasting for Women book. There are many diet books out there, but I found this one full of useful information. Most diets say to fill up on any fruits and vegetables, but this audio book actually went over the fact that there are some vegetables that are not congruent with weight loss and that they should be avoided. It was a helpful book.
