An exceptional guide forever. I got much useful content from this Intermittent fasting guide. If you want to reduce weight so you can try this book. In here many complete guideline contents.This gives a positive result. I perform this diet 10 days only. I think of my time spent fasting intermittently while following the keto diet as a marathon rather than a sprint which means that slow and steady will the race every single time.

This book has a lot of great info.. As someone who is familiar with intermittent fasting, I still learned a lot.A lot of very good information about IF. It has some tips and tricks, which improve health. I extraordinarily propose this book. Sporadic fasting. Interesting methods and useful diet on a month. I exceptionally suggest this book

Author has a way of breaking things down so that it is very practical which makes it super easy to incorporate IF smoothly into your daily life. Things like this should be handled not as a diet but lifestyle change. The true way to really eat

I wish I read this book years ago. It makes total sense! The book is not that long but has all the information you need to get stated on intermittent fasting. Definitely read the book. This is how we all were meant to eat. I feel so MUCH better eating this way and you will too!

I liked this book!


This is an excellent intermittent fasting book. Good explanations and easy to understand.There are so many fantastic recipes in this book that I had to buy my own copy. I love the way that there are helpful comments throughout the book. This collection has helped me use my slow cooker to its potential instead of just for stews. Great book!
