It is actually working for women.

I am shocked it is actually working for women. It's a great sane way to manage my food issues as well. I make an effort to combine it with being a little more mindful to manage my emotional eating and its working well.

Ill informed waste of time & money

I'm a huge fan of intermittent fasting but I hated this book & couldn't finish it. Author doesn't seem to be aware of the science and makes sweeping stereotypical generalisations. Mystified by all the 5 star reviews but on re-reading them a lot of them look fake. Do yourself a favour, if you are interested in IF check out anything by Dr Jason Fung or Gin Stephens instead of wasting your time on this rubbish.

I really enjoyed and benefited from this audiobook

The audiobook explained the details

This audiobook actually went over the fact that there are some vegetables that are not congruent with weight loss and that they should be avoided. It was a helpful audiobook. It's working for my wife and she has tried everything. The audiobook explained the details of intermittent fasting and how one can use this diet to enjoy a healthy life burning fat.

This is an interesting weight loss audiobook. There are many diet audiobooks out there, but I found this one full of useful information.
