I believe he has done very good points

I believe he has done very good points. I started listening this book to assist with my marathon training and it did help. I however believe the Keto diet for me at least serves more of a maintenance function rather than a lifestyle.

There are better options

Not a huge fan if the book. I felt it came across condescending at times. I would recommend Dr Michael Mosley's books about intermittent fasting instead.
