I have done research on fasting.

I have done research on fasting and still learned a lot from this book. I feel like if I had listen to this book before I started intermittent fasting my life would have been a lot easier.

There are many diet books out there, but I found this one full of useful information. Most diets say to fill up on any fruits and vegetables, but this book actually went over the fact that there are some vegetables that are not congruent with weight loss and that they should be avoided. It was a helpful book.

This is really a great compilation of useful books on the ketogenic diet as well as intermittent fasting. I believe this collection has covered quite a number of angles. From doing the keto diet for beginners to doing it while being on a tight schedule. Intermittent fasting is also well covered, both for the beginner as well as women specifically. I found the savings to be great ! knocked off over 15 bucks getting this versus getting each book on its own.

It’s life changing in every sense of the word. While weight loss is probably one of the reasons you picked up this book, it’s just one of the unexpected and beautiful side effects of eating in a way that benefits your entire physical well being. The diet merry-go-round is confusing, dizzying, and doesn’t get you anywhere. You keep going in circles. A diet is just a meal plan. Right now, you’re already on a diet. But it’s not working. This is an excellent book

This is an excellent book, in which every method of losing weight is described in detail, there is a nutrition plan, recipes, recommendations. It was very interesting to read about the ketogenic diet and learn all the intermittent fasting methods. Of course, any diet should be supported by physical exertion, there are several exercises that are not difficult to perform and which do not take much time. It was helpful to read the chapter on what mistakes are and how to avoid them. I still think that intermittent fasting is better for me.
