Makes a great gift

Best cook book ever! Author knows how to make healthy food taste delicious! I started making meals from the Intermittent Fastingwebsite and was hooked immediately. My mom bought me this cookbook as a present because I have been bragging about my family dinners for months. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of recipes too. Egg roll bowl for the win! Nice

Makes healthy eating fun'

Intermittent Fasting has the best tasting, healthy recipes, and the book is loaded with color photos. Every single recipe I've tried from this book is a winner. When I heat up leftovers at the office, coworkers swarm me - asking what smells so good. Her Asian recipes have introduced me to new, inexpensive ingredients that add lots of flavor. Well i like it!

Good information!

I saw this book recommended and decided to give it a shot. The first thing I made in the book was the broccoli cheese soup. It was so good. I'm really excited to be trying more recipes out. She has tons of different types of things to try and everything looks great. Since my initial review I have made the Creamy Tomato Soup and the Cold Sesame Noodle Bowls. Both were absolutely delicious! These recipes are so easy and taste great! This cookbook is a keeper! Great cookbook

EXCELLENT SIMPLE RECIPES

Great cookbook!! This cookbook is awesome. I've made so many recipes out of it and my family has loved them. Everything is so easy to make and I love that there is not a lot of prep work for most meals. Plus my house now always smells amazing from the stuff I'm cooking in the crockpot. Yummy book!

I love Intermittent Fasting

Pretty happy with this cookbook. Can't comment on ALL the recipes (it's take a long time to try them all), but the dozen or so that we've tried have been excellent all the way around. Something in here for every palate and great for someone like me who is a lazy cook! I love dumping ingredients in the slow cooker and forgetting about it! Yummy book! That's a perfect one

Great varity of recipes

Great! I have developed a healthier eating plan and this cookbook fits my plans and has a lot of new recipes for me to try. I have already used several .
There are all types of meals including vegetarian dishes and ingredients that add a lot of flavor. The only downfall would be some have ingredients not available at a normal grocery. Luckily there is a specialty store here. Nice one! Well i love it!
