In this book, you’ll discover a complete guide to what you should eat, the single most powerful math trick that will help you lose weight quickly and how much you should eat. I believe this book will be extremely helpful to anybody curious about intermittent fasting. This book makes me feel like I'm learning a lot.

Best informative.

This book is extremely well. The stories of people doing fasting are very good to hear because it gives a person a sense of how fasting works in the real world. A person needs to experiment to see what works for them, and what they are comfortable doing. There are different approaches a person can do that focus on the key goal of lowering insulin level to achieve better health. It truly works. The details are outstanding. I am a nerd so I enjoyed reading about exactly what is happening. The book was very professional.

This book has a lot of citations and references from other books that have been condensed into one quick easy to read book on the basics of intermittent fasting. I found lots of helpful information about Intermittent Fasting. I highly recommend this book!

This is a great book

I've read most of the books out there on intermittent fasting. The author does a fabulous job of covering the how-to's of fasting and is straight forward about what he found that works versus other authors' recommendations. This is a great book and one I will refer to often.

The benefits of Weight Loss are well explained. The recipes are easy to prepare with step by step guide. This book contains 25 scrumptious plans that are exceptionally useful for dinner arranging. It has a few hints and traps, which improve wellbeing. It is the most ideal approach to utilize discontinuous fasting for muscle gain .It's an incredible guide for Intermittent Fasting. It describes the mechanisms of action of fasting in the body, various methods of fasting, the effect of fasting on cancer and diabetes, activation of the immune system, lowering cholesterol and triglycerides, anti-inflammatory effect of fasting, increasing muscle mass, keto recipes for intermittent fasting. Keto's shopping list is quite simple and economical. An intermittent fast allows you to reduce body weight to normal physiological.

I hit a weight loss wall and decided I would educate myself on fasting. This book will explain how and why we should be fasting. It has helped more than anything my personal healthcare professionals had ever done. I'm down over 220 pounds and I actually know what it feels like to be happy again.

Great i like it! Well done! I am so excited about this book not just for the weight loss ideas but for the possibility of improving our health by stimulating our immune system. Author does the research on each of the topics he pursues. I have seen several of his documentaries on medical themes, and it is very informative to hear about the latest research, but his development of the Intermittent Fasting is the most important. Who doesn't need to lose weight, and who wouldn't like to cut their chances of getting cancer or ridding themselves of chronic skin problems? In addition, this book is easy to read - breezy but clearly written. He welcomes feedback, too. You will not regret buying this book. Well done!

Good explanation of Intermittent Fasting Great!

Niiice! I like it! Come on! When I was a kid butter was bad, eggs were bad, saturated fats were bad. Now margarine is bad, eggs and butter are fine, red meat is great...Next week who knows what we will be told. With Intermittent Fasting, you learn to not eat because the clock says "Meal Time". For years I ate breakfast because all those "experts" kept saying it was the most important meal of the day. I would routinely eat a meal I didn't even want because I had heard so many times how important it was! Now I wait until I am actually hungry, usually at the usual lunch time, and I feel so much better all morning. Read this book with an open mind, and give Intermittent Fasting a chance. You may discover, as I did, that you feel much better with less food! I also make better choices, because when I am truly hungry anything tastes good! Good book for me! I like it! Well done!

Nice one!

Nice one! Great - likely goes against what your conventional doctor will tell you; but in theory it makes sense and agrees with a lot of Old Testament principals. I'm 2 1/2 weeks in and doing a total fast 2 non-consecutive days per week. I feel great. Haven't lost any significant weight yet, but it's only been 2 1/2 weeks. I just started hitting the gym last week. Will update in 3 months. Wow! Great to read it every day!

Very happy with it! What a book!

Great read and way of life!


This book is a quick, easy listen full of great information. I love the personal testimonials and that Gin writes in a conversational way. I’m not a “sciency” person, but I had no problem understanding the science behind the benefits of intermittent fasting.

These recipes are not the same recipes borrowed from other recipe books and pinterest pages. They are different and original. I'm looking forward to cooking them. The best book I have seen!


Wow! Awesome book! The variety of recipes is outstanding. Cruising through the cookbook makes me hungry. Many of the recipes are gluten free (I'm cutting carbs to loose weight) which helps the way I'm living now. For example, no bread crumbs in the Marinara Beef Meatballs.

I really enjoyed this book.


I really enjoyed this book. It's easy to listen , but still has a lot of useful information.
It's a short read but it definitely helped answer some of the questions I had about intermittent fasting. I would recommend this book.
