It really works.

This audio book answered all my questions. It was easy to follow, and made so much sense. Intermittent Fasting is exactly what I have been needing in my life. Its not a diet, its a life style you can easily stick with. Want say big thanks to the author and I strongly recommend this book!

This audio book will help you learn and understand more about Intermittent Fasting. You will be able to know some strategies that will help you achieve the body you always wanted to have and can eliminate those unwanted fats. I like the way this is explained and the details that the author provides in it are easy to understand. I liked this book and would recommend it everyone.

So amazing!

This is one of the best intermittent fasting audio book i have ever listen. All the information is laid out in easy to understand terms and gives you all the tools to become healthier. The time taken to follow through the processes and advise suggested in this book was worthwhile and beneficial. we found this audio book to be very valuable and highly informative. Must buy!

Fasting is tough and challenging. This audio book is an eye opener, gives lots of info about the benefits of intermittent fasting. I am still working on it, it's hard to let go of bad habits but I keep reading over and over again from this book and hope to change my eating habits. Looking forward to continuing through the week. Worth trying.

An amazing way to improve your health!

I enjoyed the audio book. It was easy to listen and easy to understand. It has given me the confidence to try longer fasts. I am very impressed with the way this information is given. Most definitely to set a person on the right track to making themselves healthier without side effects by proceeding in the way it has been explained. Definitely recommend.

Great audio book. Explains everything great and easily understandable. I am doing my first fast because of how clear and instructive the book is. Clear, sensible, helpful...cut through the hype and frenzy surrounding weight loss. Fasts works well for me, easier than cutting back plus I like the less-understood health benefits. Great advice.

This is a great audio book to learn how to do intermittent fasting. Cuts to the information you need and explains so you can understand it. Other books have more detail but this one lets you get started with knowledge. If you’re considering intermittent fasting or a one meal a day lifestyle, I highly recommend this book.
