Great book about Intermittent fasting for Women

This is a great book about intermittent fasting for Women. I am very interested in different diets and weight loss guides. This book has the best content I have read till now by far. Never tried intermittent fasting before, tried it now and it works!

Its absolutely amazing audiobook.

It is very energizing to peruse a audiobook which is all through gainful for everybody despite the fact that for the individuals who are stressed because of their over weight. This adiobook is known as intermittent fasting that helps you in destroying fats and carrying on with a solid life while executing on irregular fasting.

This book is life changing

For me, this book is life changing. Been fighting fat for 50 years. The common way of thought on nutrition was killing me. This fits and makes sense for me. I have lost over 20 pounds and have kept it off since January. My numbers are in the normal range, except for the body fat and weight, which am now confident I can continue to reduce. I have at least another 50 pounds to go. Usually after I fall off a diet I go through a lot of anxiety, almost a depression, as the weight starts piling back on. That is not happening. I eat normal, but do not experience the ravenous hunger I used to.

Good listening

This is an easy-reading book that summarizes what is known about intermittent fasting and includes the author's experiences. I have personally lost 30 pounds so far, following the one-meal-a-day principles and have no plans to quit this way of eating. In addition to the weight loss, it has simplified my life (less food planning and carrying stuff with me), considerably lessened my IBS symptoms, lowered my blood pressured. The only additional thing I would like would be a list of cited references at the end. If you have an interest in intermittent fasting, this book is definitely work a read

Those actionable phrases help me a lot

My wife loved this audiobook. It helped kick off her keto diet and keep her on track. This audiobook will explain the various intermittent fasting protocols that you can follow and would also teach how you can incorporate those fasting protocols in your life. A helpful guide for all of us

Great information, not the greatest narrator

I hate listening to books when it sounds like the guy is actually reading, while not great, this is not as bad as some I’ve listened to lately. Great information, though.

I feel like the information is very useful and has helped me wake up to the realization that most of my hunger is in my head. I even did a 4 day fast because it was motivating. I started out intending to only do 3 days, but I felt so good I did another day. I know that I could have gone even another day, but I had some shrimp in the refrigerator I was dying to eat!

Really nice audiobook

This explained what the different intermittent fasting methods are. I would have liked some samples of a week of eating and what to eat rather than just mainly fats, proteins and low carb.

Easy, Helpful Listen!

This book provided useful information and I found answers to questions it brought up as I progressed through it. I struggle finishing self help books as I find they can be very cliché. But this material continued to make me think in new ways and apply reasoning to my daily life. I feel listening through it again would be even more beneficial. It was a good base understanding of emotional intelligence and easy to process.

Excellent guide but needs to know its audience

As a fan of the Obesity Code, and someone who still struggled to lose weight with keto, this book significantly helped with that as I haven't really fasted properly. Overall an excellent book, but I have to take off a couple points for some of the incredibly stupid parts where the "layman"where l writer keeps talking about food in mouth drooling detail while at the same time trying to drill in how important it is to view food as fuel only. I understand you're trying to make a point about how you used to view food as "love" but as a person who is currently trying their best to fast, the last thing I need to hear is how absolutely succulent and delicious a mouth-watering burger topped with delicious provolone cheese is. Like seriously, you wouldn't go to an alcoholic and talk about how absolutely delicious a certain cocktail is lol. She's not a bad writer at all, and is very helpful, but just needs to cool down on these descriptions lmao

Really great cookbook

I am extremely happy with this book. This is actually a magnificent book. This book has been exorbitantly valuable for me bouncing on Plant Based Diet. This was perfect for me and you should look at one as well. you ought to find this book significant. Especially the essayist explained this book very well Alkaline Diet Cookbook. I truly like this book and would suggest any one who need such kind of data.

I am blown away by the information in this book!!

I am blown away by the information in this audiobook. It is changing my life. Started im fasting and am already seeing the effects. I can't wait to see where I'll be in three months. If your commitment includes weight loss, better health and understanding the effects of food and insulin resistance, than this the audiobook for you.

This audiobook will explain the various intermittent fasting protocols that you can follow and would also explain the way in which you can incorporate those fasting protocols in your life. Great Inspiration

I am already a fasting veteran, but recently I felt like I had lost my fasting mojo. I just couldn't seem to get motivated to keep up with my fasting regime. So I scheduled an extended fast to coincide with the arrival of this book, and I read a little every day to help keep my momentum, and it was very helpful in that regard. No new information here if you are already committed to the fasting lifestyle, but I was hoping for motivation and that's what I got.

Very good general advice

I highly recommend it, although I wish he would cover how you can fast while still eating a diet high in carbs. It seems that his advice about fasting is always accompanied with a ketogenic diet, and for those of us that dislike the ketogenic diet we would like to hear how can fasting be a good alternative to it, but he never covers that.

Great book and easy to understand!

Easy to understand and definitely a book that everyone should listen. Great to improve your personal relationships, definitely great for management and as a parent a must for raising well adjusted kids.
