The life-changing diet works. This book gives a very complete guide toasting for fixing diabetes. I was really astounded by perceiving what number of imperative recommendations accumulated in such a short book. A lot of recipes and information! I absolutely love this cookbook.

A perfect guide for everyone

This is not a "self-help" book for those who do not have subjective experience or understanding. What it is, is a teaching manual, and well made audible so that someone with the condition can listen and understand - if they are ready and stable. SUGGESTED!

The recipes in this book are great!

The recipes in this book are great! Its a great book for instant pot cooking. Providing some learning recipes. This approach to intermittent fasting is excellent! The author has a way of breaking things down so that it is very practical which makes it super easy to incorporate IF smoothly into your daily life. Extremely recommended !!

This book keeps maintaining its knowledge

I think this is a reliable book for us

If you want to learn more so this guide perfect for you. It would have made it a much better book, even if it had to have a price increase. I prefer this guide for all of us. Those actionable phrases help me a lot
