Fantastic job!

Fantastic job explaining why intermittent fasting is such a successful way to lose and maintain a healthy weight. This book is very easy to listen, and very straightforward. The medical community has really fumbled on weight loss and dietary recommendations.

Most popular diet!

Intermittent fasting and fasting, in general, are very popular weight loss and health improvement methods. In the beginning, it was hard for me to stay motivated because I felt very hungry, but after a few weeks, it got better and better. Thank you for this great book!

A lot of weight loss.

Love it.

I just love how this book is designed and presented for people, everything is very good at it. The
narration sometimes lacks but that’s is not a big deal to me, I am looking for information, not for
drama book. Definitely, recommend.

Easy recipes with ingredients!

Easy recipes with ingredients I mostly already have. The best part is that everything we tried so far is delicious! Recommend this book! I give the author and publisher 5 stars for talking me into buying this piece of junk! Horrible format but wonderful as a joke book. I read it from cover to cover and laughed for hours. When you need something to liven up a party, this book will do it.

Helpful book .

This is one of those books that can literally change your life. It has certainly changed mine and my wife's. It has changed the way I view my eating habits and the way I view food. I want to stress this is not a diet book. It is a way of life book. And it has to lead us to a much healthier life. We have lost weight, we sleep better, our skin is better, my vision has improved.

This book has freed me from the slavery of diets and food addictions. I highly recommend the lifestyle of Intermittent Fasting. I have tried every diet imaginable and been unable to lose weight. I couldn’t find better methods to structure my eating habit, if not intermittent fasting. This way of

A little hungry

After listening this great book I immediately started, went 100% in, I got tremendous results as of 10-pound weight loss in 20 days, stunning performance in my opinion. The only thing that maybe stops me is that hunger that I feel most of the time. But anyway. Highly recommend!

Fasting is great!
