Amazing book

Something I enjoyed the most about this book recording was the lot of inquisitive realities about irregular fasting, in all actuality because of these realities I could learn numerous things in a lot less difficult and fun way, hence is that I preferred this substance to such an extent.

Interesting read

I found it quite heavy going at times although still very interesting. Some of it seems a bit out of date with the way medical science is now leaning towards epigenetics and a vegan diet. Nevertheless, a worthwhile listen and an intelligent book full of fascinating facts and studies.
