I've listen several self published book on Fasting

Really like this audiobook, she makes something that may seem extreme from the outside seem very doable and simple. I like the summary at the end of each chapter. Ill be going back to re-listen those bullet points to stay motivated. Thanks for a very helpful book!

I really like the audio-book

I enjoyed listening about the journey of Intermittent Fasting in her life. It reflected a lot on how I felt. If it’s hard, I will not keep it up. That’s what resonated with me in this book. Keep it simple and easy. I was trying too hard before, but now I understand a lot more how to work it into my life. So glad I listen it and will continue to follow Elliot on her journey. He definitely knows how to break it down and keep it simple.

Are you feeling bored for you heavy weight then this book will give you the way to loss weight. I get some book finally this book very helpful for every situation. I don’t understand where I started this book help me every step. I am following this book step by step guideline it’s give me a better feedback. I really appreciate this audiobook.

This audiobook was very helpful in understanding how fasting actually works. There is interesting information about the Intermittent. The author does a fabulous job of covering the how-to's of fasting and is straight forward about what he found that works versus other authors' recommendations. This book is awesome to listen and i think this book is the best book of this topic, and i really appreciate this book.

This is a great diet, You have to begin this diet the right way so you will get faster and better results. In theory, a keto diet is simple; low carbs, high fat. The only way this diet will work right is when you eat a very small amount of carbs. The fewer carbs you eat, the better it is to help you lose weight.

This book gives me even more of the science

This book gives me even more of the science that I love to learn about and he makes it all practical to apply and make decisions on. He encourages you to make your own decisions, and empowers you to make smart ones for your body. I was quite pleased to find out that almost half the book was detailed keto content and the other half was recipes.

This book is very useful to me, because it contains a lot of information about ketogenic vegetarian diet, vegetable diet, whole foods nutrition. These diets protect against a number of diseases. A plant-based diet is best for me. The thirty-day meal plan is completely balanced.

It was very helpful with instructions

It was very helpful with instructions on how to get started. The word ketogenic is basically derived from ketosis, which is a metabolic process of breaking down fats in the absence of carbohydrates to produce energy and ketones. It offers down to earth and sensible advice that has convinced me to give Keto a try. And the recipes are amazing … I can’t wait to make the easy cloud buns!

It is a good listen with useful practices.

Take the time to listen the foreword.

Take the time to listen the foreword because it does explain some very useful insights into why things may or may not work. The book contains a lot of plans to help reduce weight. Particularly if you need to reduce weight quickly and robustly.
