Historical Keto

I thought the Keto diet was only discovered in recent years. Apparently, it’s been around since 1921! And it has stuck around. This shows how crucial, good, and effective this diet is. This book is shedding light on important facts such as this. It’s a must read!

Hydrate!

I know that drinking a lot of water is a habit of healthy people. I didn’t know, however, that if I go on a particular diet that I would have to study the kind of water I drink, too. It makes sense though because if your body is going to be “deprived” of certain things, we need to be able to increase our intake of other things to achieve the balance we need. This book really blows my mind!

What is Best for me and my Family

This book is a reminder that I cannot be lazy when it comes to my family’s health. As the mom, I can control our food intake and opt for healthier meals. This is a wake up call! I cannot be responsible for encouraging the poor food choices of my family.

Must Buy This for my Mama!

My mom and I have always tried things together. Whether it's a new sport, a new hobby, or even a new collection. Lately, we’ve been talking about becoming healthier people, but we haven’t quite agreed on what route to take. I think I found our solution. Easy to read, easy to follow

This book is my manual now. It’s easy to read and easy to understand, which makes the diet easy to follow. Who wouldn’t want that, right? Because really the last thing I need is to stress about the ins and outs of the diet I will do. This book eliminates that, making the process…easier, of course!

Ecto, Endo and Mesomorphs

I had no idea that these terms even existed. This book is so educational that it’s even expanding my vocabulary. But on a more serious note, I learned that these terms refer to the typical body types people have, and this book gives a brief summary on what types of Keto diet would work best for each of these. It really isn’t a one size fits all diet. Amazing!

Diet equations

Two things I’m not too fond of: diet and Math. But this book is a god-send. Thank you for explaining clearly that dieting is not just about the weight I started with and my end goal. It’s always the right balance of macros that will help me reach my ideal weight.

Diet manual

This book is like a manual. It just lays down everything you need to know about Intermittent Fasting and Keto diet. Didn’t even know those two could complement each other! Scientific Dieting

Dieting for me is getting my starting weight, and working towards my perceived ideal weight. The problem with this is that my perceived ideal weight may not be the healthy ideal weight I'm supposed to have. Through this book, I can compute for the actual weight I need to target. I no longer have to compromise my health just to look and feel good.

Keto=Discipline

Keto will not only make me a more disciplined rather, but also a disciplined shopper. In order for this to work, I have to plan my meals in advance. Good thing this book gives me ideas on what dishes I can prepare. Takes some of the stress off of making a 4-week menu.

It Works!

I Tried Intermittent Fasting for 3 weeks, and I lost weight right away! Usually, I get frustrated when I don’t see results after going all out in dieting and working out. Done with Excuses!


I have no reason to just sit around all day, stuffing my face with junk food. I read this book so now I know what I should eat. I now know how certain foods are beneficial or harmful to me. Cheat day!

When I diet, I go all in. I’m focused, determined, and committed. But just like half of the population, I give in to my cravings every so often. And I absolutely hate diets that make you feel like a failure when you give in to a cheat day. This is why I’m absolutely excited about this book! It talks about the reality of cheating while on a diet, and gives me already healthier options that I can look into when I feel the need to give in to my cravings.
