Fantastic book buy a man who knows his stuff.

Being that it has a little home grown feel to it, I think this will put many people off. Don't stress about his accent or slightly faltering speech. He is enthusiastic, and a wealth of knowledge. He is right on track with his recommendations, and foods to eat, as well as supplements. I think he said he was 22? How does someone become so wise, so young! This is a fantastic book, that goes into the science yet is never boring.

Siim Is Great

I began watching Siim on YouTube and have now read/listened to a few of his books. He is one of the best resources there is when it comes to fasting and keto. Beyond that -- and different from others trying to profit in this now-popular space who preach about it all with an almost-religious fervor -- Siim maintains a constant focus on overall health, viewing IF/keto as powerful tools to use for certain goals but always maintaining that it is necessary to understand other vital factors including sleep, gut health, muscle building, and hermetic stresses.

Hard listen

There was lots of good information in this book but it's not an easy listen. The orator's accent was so strong it was hard to listen to.

Narrator is painful to listen to

I thought he was joking...but no, that's his voice. It's dreadful. I didn't even get used to it half way through and gave up.
