An excellent fasting guide

This is an excellent fasting guide, especially for women. The author has clearly stated all the essential information that is needed to know to get a pure understanding to follow intermittent fasting that will help to get rid of extra weight and lead a life worth living. I have got this book for a friend of mine who is searching for something like this for a while. Hopefully, she will find it interesting.

An excellent intermittent fasting book.

I love it because it helps you not get lost in the recipe. I love the way that there are helpful comments throughout the book. Even with that single blotch, I figured I would give this book a go since it looked to be giving pretty interesting and solid content.This is an excellent intermittent fasting book.
