Great book for all who follow this Way of Eating.

Great book for all who follow this Way of Eating. Informative, motivational, funny and relatable for those of us who have fallen off the "diet" path time and again. The author manages to break down the scientific research behind this mode of eating in a very understandable way with many references to studies and materials that can be easily accessed on the web.

I've made several of the recipes. The Greek chicken sheet pan dinner, the Italian sausage, white bean and escarole soup (I substitute with kale), the creamy tomato soup, and the shrimp a la Criollo are tasty and super easy to prep. I didn't care much for the chicken paprika, and in general, I haven't had much success with slow cooking drumsticks. M Mm i love it!

This book explains it very well and is very well explained. Excellent book I thoroughly enjoyed it and I find intermittent fasting health promoting and life-saving not to mention the longevity factor that it produces. I would recommend this book as a starting point for anyone looking to understand and try out Intermittent Fasting.

This astounding book can teach you.

This astounding book can teach you how to prepare healthy and delicious food without any efforts. It contains advice on losing weight, which really works. There is much in it I would not have thought of since I like food too much to diet, so this is very insightful to beginner dieters.

Easy, tasty and skinny!

Loved the range of recipes. Have tried several in the crockpot and they turned out great. I'm not much of a beef or pork eater, and there were several of those in the book. Red-meat lovers rejoice! Good to read! Thanks!

Easy for any cooking skill level

Love love love this book. I'm not a cook. By any sense of the imagination. This book has provided with sensible staple meals that my family does not get tired of. Easy to make and delicious. My friend who suggested the book and I make meals and give each other feedback. We are both very happy with it. Brandon Hearn is the best! Well done!

Hmm lovely!

Great cookbook easy to follow recipes. Family favorite is the Intermittent Fasting. I used this several times with my family and also substituted the turkey with venison. Yummy! Cool book!
