Terrible content

The information in this book around intermittent fasting are insane. I am an avid faster and thought I could pickup some new tips, boy was I wrong! I don't suggest this book to anyone, especially not a beginner who is not educated enough to know that this is terrible advice.

loved it

I was still always craving sugar while only eating a diet of meat, healthy fats, veggies, and fruit. No other book, elimination diet, or program has solved this issue for me until this one! Also, I love the recipes! They are easy to follow with simple, whole food ingredients, and each one that I have tried so far has been delicious.

There is a ton of great information in this book. Nice and to the point. I'm just beginning IF and this has gone through everything I need to know especially the transition into it. Highly recommend, extreme value.
