Great

Great book. Really easy to understand. All my questions were answered. It is quite short but for me thats not a bad thing as another book got on the same subject seemed to be a lot of waffling. This was more straight to the point. Which is what I was going for, thanks!

glad I choose this book

My sister told me to download this book, she was right. It really is so useful! I am motivated, more than ever to try fasting. I have seen quite a few people showing crazy results! Great book.

Everyone should know about this

I have another famous book about the subject but it is quite long, so thought I would get another shorter book that would kind of summarise all the main and vital information. This had all the stuff I needed. And saved me a good few hours. I also brought the ebook as a quick reference. Perfect.
