Interesting book....

I've read a few fasting books but this the only one that gives you different options. I'm going to try them all and then see which one works for me rather than relying on what has worked for someone else.

great guide for the beginners.

This is was a great guide for the beginners. i want try some of the fasting to get my weight lose. this is really perfect. highly recommended

Narrator was not great

The book was ok in it's content, but the narrator was not that great. Part of the reason I get audible books is because I don't like to read myself. I read better than this person. She stumbled over sentences and words and it was sometimes hard to follow. I am not judging this person. I would just prefer a better reader to narrate. :-)

This is not worth money. It is contradictory to itself and the performance is unprofessional at best.

There is a ton of great information in this book

There is a ton of great information in this book. Nice and to the point. I'm just beginning IF and this has gone through everything I need to know especially the transition into it. Highly recommend, extreme value.
