Everyone Needs to Listening Amazing Book.

I certainly enjoyed the fact that there were more than 40 chapters or so that talked about all the different foods, like avocados, sugar, dairy products, grains, weight loss programs, the different kinds of ketogenic diets, losing weight in your sleep, brain disorders and cancer, and much more. Very good bundle, and good value for the price, especially if you buy it with your credit.

Appreciated This Audio Book.

I really love this book about the ketogenic diet. It has everything I wanted to learn. The various sub-topics relate to aspects of the diet like pros and cons, but also side effects, the benefits and topics such as dairy products, avocados, supplements, herbs, etc.

What did you expect from an almost 6 hour book? I mean, this book has everything. Didn't leave much out. Everything backed up by research, warning against side effects but also honestly praising the keto diet for what it is.

Very Interesting Book .

The other books I listen were a bunch of scientific facts, that were hard to understand. The important difference is the other book mentioned over and over that you can eat whatever you want on the diet, during your eating window. That information is not true. This book explains the diet very well. I highly recommend it. And the best part is the diet really work

Informative Book .

I am pretty confident I can now get to any weight I want. I think the book is important in that it helps you break long held thoughts and misconceptions about eating and going without food. It also discusses other lengths of fasts that can range from 36 hour to weeks. It is so flexible you can do it anytime. I am excited to attempt my first extended fat fast before I work my way into a true extended fast.

Valuable Book.

This book has given me guiltless enjoyment of eating back. I no longer have worries about what I should eat that’s also healthy so I don’t gain more weight. Or having to decide what I’m going to bring for lunch, or what to eat for breakfast. I can actually believe in this way of eating, and I know my efforts at the gym will yield results. The book is easy to understand and gives you straightforward direction. But at the end of the book you start to wonder, is this really possible???
