Practical Guide

What did you love best about Intermittent Fasting?

This book does a great job of explaining why, and why working through that is worth it and will lead to lower sugar levels .I loved to have this wonderful guide.

The Essential Guide

I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to lose weight quickly and get healthier in the process. I've been following the intermittent fasting protocol for two weeks and feel better, more alert and my clothes are fitting better.

Sure..I enjoyed it and found it a very useful guide to effective weight loss she is interested in or planning a fast..so i will recommend this book..

Overall this is pretty good. I felt like I was listening to a news reporter because the narrator had some strange, distracting inflections. But otherwise, good basic info.
