eeeehhhhhhh no pdf?????

yes is a great introduction for the protocol and i did enjoy the book the only problem is that i have to write down the recipes?? there is no pdf with the book?? i wasted some time calling audible to see what was going on with this and they say that is the publisher issue so yes thanks!

Would suggest this book!

It was a great a book! I’m recently thinking of doing the Keto diet and warrior diet ( which I have done many times) but incorporating that with Keto. So I’m glad that she included the warrior diet in this book. The only thing I wish is that she included vegetarian recipes but otherwise it’s an awesome book!!

This is one of the best intermittent fasting book i have ever listen. All the information is laid out in easy to understand terms and gives you all the tools to become healthier. I would must recommend it.

Definitive one

I knew that caloric restriction had benefits, but reading this book gave me the inspiration do actually do it! It's not as hard as you think. It explains how short fasts causes genes to express themselves in a very beneficial way, and tells you how do it in the least painful way.

Repetitive and contradictory

This book just repeats the same information over and over and over and over and over! Then the actual advice given is of little value and contradicts itself. The whole book could be said in one chapter.

Loved this and definite valuable information.

Grab it guys!

I really enjoyed listening this and learned quite a few new things. I already knew that fasting was effective for weight loss but was surprised to learn how many other health benefits it has. For instance, how fasting could help to improve our leptin and insulin or even be used to help treat cancer and diabetes. Great book, do yourself a favor and listen this.
