Best vegan cookbook I ever purchased! My whole family loves it and the recipes are easy to make. We are new to vegetarian cooking so this is the perfect book for busy athletes who don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. The recipes are easy to follow and delicious!

Helpful audiobook..

It was a very easy listen and provided very detailed information, pros and cons of each option and helpful resources. I also love the tone of this book and the personable manner it was written. The audiobook is instructive and gives a decent beginning stage in laying out a game plan for the new year in fusing discontinuous fasting as one apparatus towards getting more fit.

Extraordinary audiobook..

This audiobook has set me back on fire for fasting! I’ve been a big fan of the 3 authors for a while now and have lost over 50lbs by taking their advice. Very informative and excellent audiobook..

This is an excellent audiobook, very informative and highly motivating. listing each author's chapters is very useful to gain a better perspective, such that I just successfully completed a 36 hour fast, my first of many to come. I now feel very equipped to continue on my weight loss journey. Am also enjoying the podcasts recommended in the audiobook . Highly recommended.

Awesome audiobook..

The first part of the audiobook seems like all diet tips, what to eat, what not to eat (I'll have to check back, but, this list seems more restrictive than the past audiobooks suggested), goal setting, getting support, tips of cleaning out the kitchen, etc. Later it talks about how to start fasting and building your "fasting muscles".

Excellent audiobook.

I had started the ketogenic diet seven weeks ago. As I progressed with the diet the hunger started disappearing. I began to eat less and less until I would eat one meal a day and wasn't really starving. I worked my way up to fasting longer and longer periods. I am now on day three and no hunger at all. I do not feel weak and work a very busy schedule with hardly any breaks. I have not taken arthritis medications since I started this diet.
