Good work

I found it very interesting & yet, all that I've listened thus far makes perfect sense. Plan to follow their advice as well as for trying to fast at least twice a week as it says.

Great info!

My jeans are looser and I feel a lot better than I did 7.5 pounds ago. This diet has been easy to stick to so I'm not tempted to go off of it.

Very helpful

I've even lost a little weight, in spite of it being the festive season when I'd normally have put on the same amount of weight or more. This audible is an excellent introduction and overview of the fast diet, as well as explaining how it came about.

Excellent resource book.

This audio book has some good ideas, been using this plan for about 3 weeks now, been staying even so far. Hopefully after time it will help me loose the weight and stay healthy.

I had chicken wings and a hamburger and fries the day before the last fast. It's doable, sustainable and I have tried every diet known to man. There are not a ton of recipes in here, but there are enough to get you started if you're a recipe-follower.
