Amazing one!!

The weight loose industry valued at 68 last year. It is a completely new industry that has sprung up in the past three or four decades, it is isn't it surprising is not that the problem eats in intended to solve has tripled in the same amount of time.

Great info!

My jeans are looser and I feel a lot better than I did 7.5 pounds ago. This diet has been easy to stick to so I'm not tempted to go off of it.

Very helpful

I've even lost a little weight, in spite of it being the festive season when I'd normally have put on the same amount of weight or more. This audible is an excellent introduction and overview of the fast diet, as well as explaining how it came about.

I had chicken wings and a hamburger and fries the day before the last fast. It's doable, sustainable and I have tried every diet known to man. There are not a ton of recipes in here, but there are enough to get you started if you're a recipe-follower.

Excellent resource book.

This audible version has better information than other books and some new research data. This is the eating plan that works for me.
