Love this audio book!!

Most diets say to fill up on any fruits and vegetables, but this book actually went over the fact that there are some vegetables that are not congruent with weight loss and that they should be avoid.

Great book - easy to understand.

I have been intermittent fasting for some time off and on but now I feel good about adding the Keto way of eating to it. I highly recommend. This is absolutely the best one.

Irritatingly repetitive

Chapter 3 and I can't take any more.

Given that the book is called intermittent fasting, must they repeat it at least once every sentence?

Patronising tone and delivery.

Worrying advice to drink copious amounts of water to suppress appetite with no warning of the dangers of hyponatremia.

I can't imagine how this book has so many good reviews, it may get better but I'm afraid life's too short.

It is an enjoyable listen
