Nice book.

Really nice book. An author is more likely a person who had a lot of experience with intermittent fasting and has been a fitness persona as well, maybe some kind of athlete and he presents his experience with intermittent fasting in this book, of course, it has plenty of researched and so on. I really like this book, because it has a lot of good advice and helpful comment not only for complete beginners but on further diet journey as well. Thanks!

Not bad!

Awesome diet book and it is not really diet, as long diet mean to eat specific food, this book explain the science of not eating. Book is very good I think, well put together information, give a lot of different practical advice for different kinds of people, that is very good, I think that is the thing which is missing the most in usual diet book- practical advice, it also has meal plan which you can start with as long as you decide to take action. Good!

I am more than happy that I can rate this book and give this book a 5-star rating. The author and narrator of this book really worked well putting this book together. I like the sound, I like that I don't have to spend hours researching intermittent fasting on the internet and I can have everything in one place for a good price. Thanks!

I like it

This Intermittent fasting book is the best intermittent fasting book I had purchased in a long time. Usually this kind of books lack practical information and are full of scientific research and authors don’t understand what people really need. I think this book nails this part 100%, very good job done by the author!

First time experience

I tried intermittent fasting for the first time ever, and i really liked it. I lost 5 pounds through the early five days, felt such a hunger during the first 2, but now I am as strong as ever, feeling very well!

Very good

It seems like everything is on point in this book, I like the cover, description, content, presentation. It looks like it was done by a few people are masters in their field. I like that book makes a lot of sense when you go through all the information. It has a great meal plan which is easy to fallow. I highly recommend this book!

Not bad

I like that this book is short and saturates all the necessary information. It really answered all the questions I had as a complete beginner and with this guide I am almost sure that I can make immediate start. So, will se how it goes, I chose 16/8 method just like the title of the book recommended, I think its is gonna be tuff in the beginning but in the end I am expecting very good result!

Lost 5 pounds


And these 5 pounds are a lot to me because it doesn’t last for more than 2-3 days usually but with a discipline that with the book gives I am able to maintain my progress stable and I am moving forward day by day, I didn’t take a single step back. The vision which I have this time will not allow me to go back where I was. Highly recommend!

The best method!

In my opinion 16/8 methods is the best for most people. It worked on me really well and I lost about 5pounds in less than a week, this was my first week by the way. The book talk is detail about different methods, explains a lot of methods as strategies on how to fallow each one to get the best results from it. Very good book, thank you!
